Pavlov's Dog....

I had labs done today and my chloesterol is 189. This time last year it was 199...Looks like wt. loss and general "cutting back" on de junk has worked!
The scan shows gallstones, but I asked the doc for a month or so to bring it all under control.
I titled this post as "Pavlov's Dogs", maybe it was rats, I dunno...Anyhoo, Iam motivated (ie Pavlov's experiments) to continue losing, cutting de fats because the gallbladder issues spur me on.
I have more new "dents" around my ankles, and I feel some on my face...
I really feel good about how my wt. loss is going, Iam excited for the coming months! Yippeeee for Meeeee...lol

Dents wents.....

Well I've noticed new dents. I've got the ones on my wrists back, good to see ya! More dents on my shins also, Yea ME!
I gained back about 3-4lbs. and was able to shed it with lots of water, I'd been having too salty of foods lately... Weighing several times a week really does help me keep on myself with losing, am now 280...
After having a regularly scheduled GB flare 3 weeks ago, had a bad one tonite after a Rubios salad...Hmmm, won't be trying salad for a long time!
The work on the house should be mostly finished this week...Whew, sooo tiring!

Drawing lessons...

After being quite active on a board, and seeing how far my buddies have come. I realize the wealth of information that I have learned from the board is helping me to lose the pounds.
We ALL still struggle in the process of losing, and sometimes struggle even harder to maintain the losses. It doesn't matter how one gets there, just that we do!

It took me over a year to define what type of "eater" Iam.......Iam a "snacker".  I finally figured that out!
I cannot eat large portions, I get really full fast, which I think is a good thing.

"Losing it"

M PCP decided I should start a BP med which is a "water pill", that along with having sleep apnea has spurred me on and from a high wt. of 304, I have now shed 22lbs. just by cutting back...It was so painless I surprised myself.
Iam blogging here so I can encourage myself in the "little victories", so here is my victory list do far.
1) The area near my wrist is looking "hallowed" again.
2) The loss of "only" 22lbs. has made a BIG difference in foot pain, and I can walk/shop longer.
3) Iam having more vivid dreams.
4) The size 3x s are too big, and Iam back into 2x and xtra lg.
5) Iam PROUD of my 22lb. loss.
6) Yay ME!
